Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
• LuXeo warrant to the original purchaser that for a period of 90 days for residential use
only from date of original invoice, under normal use shall be free of manufacturing
defects of workmanship. This is product is not for commercial use.
• EXCLUDED from the limited warranty, LuXeo shall not be liable for any failure, defect or
damage resulting from the following:
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals, sun screen, tanning lotion, freezing, mildew/mold,
staining, wind, rains, sun, snow or hail.
• Exposure to sun can cause fading and color change to some extend over time for wood
and cushions products.
• Abnormal use and neglect care of product
• Damaged cause by misuse, vandalism, any act of God and environmental conditions
• Rust or corrosion of hardware
• All teak wood products will naturally turn to a gray patina color, if left untreated and
slight checking and cracks in the wood are to be expected.
• Warranty does not cover the natural aging of wood.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear under normal use
• LuXeo at its discretion will replace, repair or provide defective parts to the original
purchaser
