LYKE Furniture Group Warranty
LYKE Furniture Group. guarantees and warranties all products for a period of one year from its
original ship date from LYKE Furniture Group facilities. All warranties are limited to
manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, indoor residential use and
conditions.
Our warranty covers the following:
Upholstered Furniture -
Frames and Springs: LYKE Furniture Group warrants to the original purchaser, protection
against manufacturing defects of frames and springs. Defects are defined as causing the
furniture to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially altering the appearance of
the piece. This warranty applies only under the conditions of normal usage and for (1) year.
Cushions: LYKE Furniture Group warrants to the original purchaser, protection against
abnormal loss of resiliency of the upholstered furniture, for (1) year. Abnormal wear and
abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening and flattening of the foam and
fibers, which are considered normal wear, and are not defects.
Filling Materials: LYKE Furniture Group warrants to the original purchaser, protection against
loss of resiliency of filling materials for (1) year. Compressing of polyester with use is not
considered loss of resiliency.
Reclining Mechanisms: LYKE Furniture Group warrants to the original purchaser, protection
against manufacturing defects of the non-electronic reclining mechanisms for (1) year.
Wood Furniture –
LYKE Furniture Group warrants to the original purchaser, protection against manufacturing
defects in material and workmanship of our wood products for (1) year. This warranty applies
under conditions of normal household use but does not apply to finish and color variations which
are natural in wood products.
LYKE Furniture Group will, for one year following the date of the original purchase, at its
sole discretion; repair/replace, or provide a substitute for any piece or part found by
LYKE Furniture Group to be defective in material or workmanship.
***Remember all items listed above are for the original purchaser only and true under “normal
use” and conditions. This warranty does not cover damage incurred during transit, by use of
chemical cleansers, pet damage or any damages caused by consumer.
Please note, images must be submitted with all warranty claims so we can adequately
determine/evaluate how to proceed.
All damages Must be noted at the time of delivery/installation.
