Use a highgrade silicone caulk for all necessary locations

• Do not use sulfuric acid to unclog drain. Will cause product failure and void warranty.

Use plunger or snake to clear obstruction.

STEP 1. PREPARING ALCOVE a. Strip alcove to bare studs. b. Alcove should be constructed as shown above. Studs should be plumb and square to sub-floor (Fig 1). c. Floor must be clean, smooth, and level (check with level). Sub floor must be installed in the stud layout. Do not install bathtub on open floor joists. d. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. PREPARING ALCOVE a. Strip alcove to bare studs. b. Stud pocket should be constructed as shown on Page #1. Studs should be plumb and square to sub-floor. c. Check that there are no screws, nails or staples in the studs that would interfere with the bathtub or wall installation. d. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (continued) c. Position left side panel in place and press firmly against studs to assure full contact with polystyrene compatible adhesive. MARK TOP OF STUD CENTER ASSEMBLED WALL ON SHOWER d. Reposition shims as needed. e. Push panels firmly into place and align the front of the panels and the front of the bathtub. f. With panels properly positioned and shimmed, screw front flanges of panels to studs. g. Screw top flange of panels to all studs. (Fig. 7) h.
