PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS: CAUTION: Harmful if inhaled. Avoid breathing
vapors or spray mist. Causes moderate eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Users should: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or
using the toilet. Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
FIRST AID IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact
lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF INHALED: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration,
preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice. IF ON SKIN OR
CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison
control center or doctor for treatment advice. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Do not
induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control
center or doctor, or going for treatment. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of
gastric lavage. Contains petroleum distillate - vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Read precautionary statements prior to handling the product. Add M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment as directed below to
the coating for maximum protection against mold, mildew. Mix thoroughly, stirring M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment into
the coating for 2-3 minutes. Apply the coating to the surface as directed by the coating manufacturer. In all cases, the
coating must be mixed prior to applying to the surface.
To ensure best coverage and results, follow coating manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and preparing the surface. M-1
Advanced Mildew Treatment is for protecting the applied film and paint, not the substrate.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact any person or pet. Pour contents of container into 1 or 5 gallon of paint
or other coating. Shake or stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into
lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge.
Do not discharge effluent containing this product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment
plant authority. For guidance contact your State Water Board or Regional office of the EPA.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. PESTICIDE STORAGE:
Do not store at low or extreme temperatures. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: If empty: Do not reuse this container. Place in trash
and offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place
unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain. CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Non-refillable container: Do not reuse or refill
this container. Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning if available, or puncture and dispose
of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
