M-Edge Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

M-Edge Cases, Sleeves and Bags (the "Products") are guaranteed to last a lifetime. Our Products
must pass a series of rigorous quality standards prior to sale to our customers. We're so confident
our Products will last; we back them with our limited lifetime warranty at no additional cost.
When you see the name M-Edge, you know you're buying the very best in electronics
accessories, guaranteed.
What We Guarantee
M-Edge warrants, to the original end purchaser (the "Customer"), that our Products will be free
from manufacturing or material defects for the life of the Product. There is no need to register for
this warranty, however, a copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation will be required
for all warranty claims.
Subject to all the terms contained herein, M-Edge will repair or replace the covered Products. In
the event that M-Edge is unable to repair or replace the covered Product during the first five
years of ownership, the Customer shall be entitled to a store credit to be used towards new
merchandise.
What We Do Not Guarantee
The following are not covered under this warranty:
1. Any damage or destruction to consumer electronic devices or other personal property that
are in the Products.
2. Incidental or consequential damages and normal wear and tear including defects incurred
from spills, abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents or any product upon inspection found in
an unsanitary condition.
3. Failure resulting from heat, liquid damage, exposure to sunlight, wind, weather or
humidity.
4. Fabric/Canvas dye lot variations or slubbing. Leather natural markings, brands, color and
grain variations, wrinkles, nicks and scratches. These are considered to be naturally
occurring features of these materials and do not constitute material defects.
5. Condition of the Products if sold AS-IS or purchased from online auction websites,
bargain/clearance stores or outlets, or any non-authorized resellers.
6. The e-Luminator Touch booklight, which is covered by a separate Six Month Limited
Warranty, and other products that have a specific warranty linked under the Specs tab of
their product pages.
