TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
NO DISPLAY ON THE
CONTROL PANEL
● Power failure
● GFCI is off
● GFCI is broken
● Pin plug connection failure
● Check power source
● Reset GFCI

NOT HEATING
PROPERLY
● Temperature set too low
● Display SPL/SPH-Heating element

BUBBLE AIR BLOWER
DOES NOT WORK
● Pump is too hot
● Bubble filter is short circuited
● Unplug the control box, and reset in a while
● Contact MSpa Service Centre
FILTER PUMP DOES
NOT WORK
● Power failure in the filter system circuit
● Filter clogged with dirt or other objects
● Insufficient filtering time
● Dirty filter cartridge
● Improper water maintenance
● Check the power source
● Contact MSpa Service Centre
● Increase filtration time
● Clean or replace the filter cartridge
● Refer to the chemical manufacture’s instructions
SPA LOSES AIR
PRESSURE
WATER NOT CLEAN
● Air valve loose
● Hole or split on the spa tub
● Fill up the tub with air, make sure the air valves are
secure, replace if necessary
● Put soapy water in a squirt bottle and spray on
seams. If there is a leak, the seams will bubble.
After finding the leak, clean and dry the leaking
area, then use the repair patch provided with the
spa.
SPA HAS GOT A
STRANGE SHAPE
● Extra air pressure by strong sunshine
● Check the air pressure and release air if necessary
● During hot weather, it is recommended to check if it
is necessary to release some air to avoid any
possible damage to the spa pool
SPA LEAKING
● Spa inlet/outlet connection not securely
tight
● Drainage valve is not closed completely
● Tighten the inlet and outlet connection
● Check if the inlet/outlet O-ring is missing. Ensure the
O-ring is in place and not damaged
