Current transformer circuit
configuration with four WTL 6/2
and staggered short-circuit links
The WTL 6/2 ensures that an ammeter
can initially be disconnected when the
associated short-circuiting slider is closed,
so that the current transformer is short-
circuited. In an open condition, the short-
circuiting slider prevents actuation of the
relevant clamping yoke terminals.

Changing measuring instrument
Normal operation: All WKS 1/2 short-
circuiting sliders are open.
1. The Short-circuiting slider between
terminals 1 and 2 is closed.
2. The clamping yoke screws are released,
the ammeter can be disconnected.
Test instrument connection
1. Connect the test instrument to the
sockets of terminal 4.
2. Remove the SSP WTL switch locking
device, then open the disconnect slide
link of terminal 4.

Test instrument connection
1. Connect the test instrument to the
sockets of terminal 1.
2. Remove the SSP WTL switch locking
device, then open the disconnect slide
link of terminal 1.
