The WTL 6/3 ascertains that an ammeter
can only be clamped when the necessary
short-circuit slider is closed, this means
the current transformer has short-
circuited. In an open condition the short-
circuit slider prevents operations of the
allocated yoke connections.

Change of measuring device
Normal operation: All short-circuit sliders
WKS 1/2 are open.
1. The Short-circuit slider WKS between
terminals 1 and 2 is being closed.
2. The clamping yoke screws have been
released, and the ammeter can
now be clamped.
Connection of test device
1. The test device is being connected with
the receptacle of terminal 4.
2. The sectionalised disconnect slider of
terminal 4 can now be opened; the
disconnect lock SSP WTL has to be
removed first.

Connection of test device
1. The test device is being connected with
the receptacle of terminal 1.
2. The sectionalised disconnect slider of
terminal 1 can now be opened; the
disconnect lock SSP WTL must be
removed first.
