Before beginning the installation, make sure that the door and panel fit within the shower enclosure. To do so, measure the height, width and depth of the shower enclosure, and compare these measures to those of the door and panel. B.
1 INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. If they are covered, remove finished wall to expose studs. Confirm that the studs are vertical (plumb) within 3/8" and square. B. The pipe should be 2" diameter (outside diameter should be 2-3/8") and centered 12" from the studs. The top of the pipe should be smooth (free of burr or flare) and straight (not on an angle). A.

Install the base (23+) directly against the studs and confirm that the drain pipe is centered in the drain head. B. With a 3/16" bit, drill holes in the base flange then secure the base to the wall studs with #8 x 1¼ " screws. A.

The bead of silicone should be located towards the INSIDE of the assembly holes, as shown. For best results, the silicone should be applied in one continuous bead. B. Secure the wall kit together using the #10-24 x 1" screws, #10 washers and #10-24 nuts provided. A. Appliquez un cordon de scellant à base de silicone à l'intersection des murs.
6 INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN Ø 3/16" STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA B A. Apply a bead of silicone sealant to the top of the base as shown. This will create a watertight seal between the base and the wall kit. B. Lift the entire assembled wall kit and place against the stud wall and down onto the base. Make sure that the wall kit fits securely into the corner. The flanges on the wall should line up with the 2" x 4" structural members that were previously installed.
INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN 7 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Position and level both wall jambs (4) 1/4" from the outside edge of the shower base. B. Mark the fastening holes. C. Drill the wall covering. [For ceramics always use a ceramics 1/4" drill bit]. D. Fill the holes with a generous amount of silicone and apply silicone sealant behind the wall jamb(4). E. Fasten the wall jambs (4) with the provided screws (3). B C A.

INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN 9 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA B A. Place the door (8) temporarily and safely on a wall inside the shower over cardboard. B. Fasten the support bar (19) to both fixed panels (6) and (11) using the two panel fasteners (21) and the thick panel fastener (17) as shown. C. Adjust the fixed panels in the wall jambs in order to align with the support bar (19). Level the support bar (23) using the allen key 5mm to tighten the screws. 6 19 A.
INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN 10 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Install the rollers (20) on the door (8) in the top holes as shown. Use the Allen key 5mm to tighten the screws. [Do not over tighten the rollers] B. Remove the small piece from part 12 and insert it under small fixed panel (6). Insert also end block (14) to fixed panel (11) as shown. C. Apply silicone under the large door guide (12) and under the threshold (13). D.
11 INSTALLATION | INSTALACIÓN STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Insert the door gasket (25) on the bottom of the door (8) B. Install the door (8) on the support bar (19). [Make sure the rollers (20) are well seated on the bar] C. Install the side sealing gaskets (7) and (9) on the edges of the fixed panels (6) and (11) as shown and cut length under the anti-jump stopper (18) B 20 20 A. Fasten them together using the ST4x12 screws. B. Install the screw covers (5) in the wall jambs (4) C.
