Installation Guide

GLASS PANEL INSTALLATION
Install the Inner Glass Panel first.
Please note: It is recommended that a second person hold the
Header down so that it does not pop up during Panel installation.
With the Panel Pull facing towards the tub stall, lift the Glass Panel
and tilt the bottom over the tub threshold and inside the shower as
shown in SKETCH 11A.
Then lift the Panel up into the underside of the Header. Be certain
that both Rollers are resting in the Inner Roller Track. Slowly
release, allowing the Glass Panel to hang from the Header.
Slide the Inner Glass Panel towards the shower head end of your
tub stall. The edge of the Glass Panel should touch the Bumpers.
If not, the wall is not plumb & Glass Panel needs to be adjusted.
To adjust, remove the Inner Glass Panel and move one or both
Rollers into other holes.
Re-install Glass Panel and re-check for plumb.
Install the Outer Glass Panel.
Please note: During installation, the Outer Glass Panel will push
slightly against the bottom of the Inner Glass Panel in order to tilt
into the shower stall as shown in SKETCH 11B.
With the Panel Pull facing towards the outside, lift the Glass Panel
and tilt the bottom over the tub threshold and inside the shower.
Then lift the Panel up into the underside of the Header as shown
in SKETCH 11C.
Be certain that both Rollers are resting on the Outer Roller Track.
Slowly release, allowing the Glass Panel to hang from the Header.
The Panels should hang in the Header as shown in SKETCH 11D.
Slide the Outer Glass Panel away from the shower head end of
your tub/shower stall. The edge of the Glass Panel should touch
the Bumpers. If not, the wall is not plumb & the Glass Panel needs
to be adjusted.
To adjust, remove the Outer Glass Panel and move one or both
Rollers into other holes.
Re-install Glass Panel and re-check for plumb.
Please note: The Glass Panels should hang as low as possible to
avoid water from “splashing-out”. Slide the Glass Panels back &
forth and make sure they clear the Track End Caps.
If necessary, re-adjust rollers to raise or lower the Glass Panels.
SEAL THE TUB SHOWER
Seal the entire INSIDE seam where the Tub Shower meets the Tub Walls
and tub threshold. Apply silicone sealant to the following areas:
- Along the Track and around the Track End Caps and Center Guide
where they sit on the tub threshold.
- Along the inside seam of the Wall Channel on both sides.
Apply silicone sealant to the joint where the Track inserts into the Track
End Caps and to the tops of the Track End Caps where they meet the
inside of the Wall Channels as shown in SKETCH 13A.
12
Slide both Glass Panels to one side of the enclosure.
Install the Center Guide on to the Track as shown in SKETCH 12A.
Slide the Center Guide to the center of the Track until the hole in
the Center Guide lines up with the hole drilled in a previous step.
The Center Guide should engage the bottoms of the Glass Panels
as shown in SKETCH 12B.
Hold Track firmly in place and secure the Center Guide to the
Track with #6 Screw.
