Display Symbol Condition/Cause Corrective action
• Cuff pressure drops
to less than 20 mmHg
before achieving reading.
• Movement is detected
during reading or low
inflation level.
• Cuff inflation takes too
long.
Wait a minimum of
15 minutes and
remeasure. Loosen
cuff to allow
circulation of blood
while waiting.
Check cuff and hose
connections.
