Upgrading From MADRIX NEO To A Higher MADRIX Version

The NEO Quick Start Guide describes which elements should be installed when you wish to use the

MADRIX NEO interface. If you want to upgrade to higher version of MADRIX (e.g. MADRIX basic),

please re-install the software and choose the necessary components. Please see the chapter

Installation Of MADRIX for more details.

Important Notes

Regarding the MADRIX NEO, the MADRIX software license for 512 DMX channels is already

included.The MADRIX KEY is not necessary for the MADRIX NEO.

Up to 60 NEOs can be connected to a USB host controller without having any frame rate

problems. Please connect every NEO to an active USB 2.0 port or use a USB 2.0 hub

with a power supply.
