Extension Port – Remote Control

MADRIX

PLEXUS features a

15-pin, serial connector with

individually addressable ports. The

extension port makes it possible to

connect external analog or digital

devices for remote control. In MADRIX

, please open the menu ‘Tools’ à

‘PLEXUS Configuration…’ à tab ‘Extension Ports’ to configure each port

individually for the corresponding PLEXUS Configuration.

Web Server – Remote Control

MADRIX

PLEXUS provides an integrated web server. Connect your PLEXUS and

the remote device accessing the PLEXUS to a network. Open a web browser and

type in the IP address of your PLEXUS. The IP address can be found and changed

in the PLEXUS menu ‘Network’ à ‘IP Address’. Once loaded, the page will show

an interactive illustration of your device for remote control.

Please note: Make sure to use one and the same network and check if the

settings of the operating system and the settings of the PLEXUS are correct.
