WARRANTY:
1 year from the date of original purchase by the first owner, over defects of material or workmanship,
provided that the product is used according to the manufacturer's manual for home use.
MANUAL FOR HOME USE:
IMPORTANT: Avoid hitting the product with kitchen utensils during use.
BEFORE FIRST TIME USE: We recommend boiling a solution of water and vinegar in the pan. If the label
doesn’t come off easily, warm the piece slightly.
PRECAUTIONS DURING USE: This product is designed for use on gas stoves and over firewood. Nor
suitable for use on induction hobs. Never place the pan on heat when empty. Avoid overheating the
pan. Monitor the heat intensity at all times. This pan may be used in the oven but it should never be
used in microwaves. Stainless steel or wooden utensils may be used, but avoid hitting the inner surface
of the pan with them. Do not expose the pan to sudden changes of temperature, as this may damage
the surface.
MAINTENANCE: Wash the pan with detergent and hot water. Use soft sponges only. Do not use any
abrasive detergents as they may damage the surface. Once cleaned, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to
the surface, cover with plastic wrap and store it in a safe place.

MUY IMPORTANTE: Evite golpear la pieza con los utensilios de cocina durante su utilización.
ANTES DEL PRIMER USO: Se recomienda hervir una solución de agua y vinagre en la pieza. Si la etiqueta
del producto no se despega con facilidad, caliente ligeramente la pieza.
PRECAUCIONES DURANTE SU USO: Este tipo de producto está ideado para ser utilizado con fuego de gas
y/o leña. No son óptimos para su uso en cocinas vitrocerámicas y de inducción. Nunca ponga el
recipiente vacío al fuego. Evite sobrecalentar la pieza. Controle la intensidad del fuego en todo
momento. Puede usarse en el horno, pero nunca en el microondas. Pueden utilizarse utensilios de acero
inoxidable y madera, pero evite golpear el recipiente con ellos. No someta la pieza a cambios bruscos de
temperatura, ya que pueden dañar el brillo del producto.
MANTENIMIENTO: lave la pieza con agua y detergente. Para la limpieza, use estropajos y detergentes no
abrasivos, ya que pueden datar el producto. Una vez limpio, unte con un poco de aceite de cocina el
interior de la pieza, envuélvala en papel de cocina de plástico y guárdela en un lugar seguro.
