Auto Defrost
Use the defrost setting for defrosting meats,
poultry and fish from O.1pounds to 6.0 pounds.
Bask Instlalctions
1. • Touch file AUTO DEFROST Pad once for
meat. "dF-1" Wilt be displayed.
• Touch the AUTO DEFROST Pad twice for
poultry. "dF-2" mlt be displayed.
• Touch the AUTO DEFROST Pad three
times for fish. "dF-3" roll be displayed.
2. Touch number pads to enter the weight. *The
defrosting time and power levels are ,automa-
tically calculated.
3. Touch the START Pad.

• During defrosting, the oven will beep a series
of short beeps to signal that the food needs to
be turned or rearranged.
Oven will continue operation if food is not
turned or rearranged. Three beeps signal the
end of defrosting. "End" appears in the
Display.
• During defrosting meat and fish, the food
needs to be turned or rearranged twice. During
defrosting poultry, the food needs to be mined
or rearranged once.

2. Enter defrostiug time desired.
3. Touch the POWER LEVEL Pad.
4. Touch NUMBER "3" Pad.
5. Touch the START Pad.
