FAJITA INGREDIENTS:
1 pound flank or skirt steak
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup lime juice
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 small white onion, sliced

DIRECTIONS:MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade, besides the steak, in a
gallon resealable bag. Seal the bag and mix to combine. Reserve ¼ cup
of the marinade off to the side. Add the steak to the gallon resealable
bag, squeeze out the air and close the bag. Make sure the marinade is
covering the steak. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Once you’re ready to cook, place the fajita ingredients in a bowl and
pour the remaining ¼ cup of marinade in the bowl. Mix to combine.
3. Preheat air fryer at 370˚F for 5 minutes. Take steak out of bag and
drain excess marinade.
4. Once preheated, place steak in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
At the halfway point, flip steak over. Remove steak from the air fryer and
place it on a plate covered loosely with aluminum foil to let it rest.
5. Drain excess marinade from the vegetables and add them to the air
fryer. Cook at 370˚F for 8-10 minutes.
6. After the steak has rested, slice into strips and serve with the fajita
veggies.
