4 boneless pork chops, about ¾” thick
2 eggs
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:INGREDIENTS:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.
2. In a shallow dish, beat eggs together. In a separate dish, mix panko
bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion
powder, salt and pepper.
3. Dip pork chop into the eggs and then the crumb mixture. Transfer to a
separate plate and repeat with the rest of the pork chops.
4. Spray air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and place pork chops in.
5. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping after 6 minutes. Thicker pork chops may
need longer cook time. Pork chops should have internal temperature of
145˚F when done.
