2 russet potatoes
4 cups cold water
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
Lemon wedges

DIRECTIONS:INGREDIENTS:
1. Wash, scrub and dry the potatoes. Cut them into fries, about ¼ inch
thick.
2. Soak the fries in water for 1 hour. Drain the water, wash the fries in cold
water and then dry them with paper towels.
3. Preheat air fryer to 375˚F. Toss the fries with oil, garlic powder,
paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Place the fries in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
and golden. Flip the fries halfway through the cooking process.
5. Once the fries are done cooking, top with feta, parsley and oregano.
Serve with lemon wedges and tzatziki.
