Fruit of choice (apple, apricot, banana, strawberries, etc.)
Optional:
¼ cup lemon juice
1 cup water
Sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean and remove any stones, pits, seeds and stems from the fruit.
2. Slice the fruit evenly, about ¼” thick. For fruits like grapes, break the
skin by slicing or poking them. Optional: You can soak fruit in the water
and lemon juice mixture fo fruits like apples and bananas to prevent
oxidation. Soak for 5-10 minutes, then blot it dry with a paper towel.
You may also choose to sprinkle fruit with sugar to make it sweeter.
3. Place fruit in the air fryer. Dehydrate at 135°F for about 6 hours or until
fruit reaches desired doneness.
