Homemade Chicken Tenders

DIRECTIONS:
1 pound chicken tenders
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Nonstick cooking spray
INGREDIENTS:
1. Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.
2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and
pepper.
3. Crack the eggs in a shallow bowl and whisk. In a second bowl,
combine the bread crumbs and panko.
4. Dip the chicken into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs. Place on a
large dish or cutting board. Spray both sides of the chicken with oil.
5. Cook the chicken tenders for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until the
chicken is cooked through and crispy and golden on the outside.
