Limited 1 year (one) Year Consumer Warranty
This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by MagicShowerhead. This
warranty is limited to the MagicShowerhead that are purchased by a consumer in the United States and are
installed in the United States. The warranty period starts at the time of Product's original purchase by the first
end-user.
Attention: Due to different water pressure in different households and regions, the brightness of the LED may
be different. This is no defective or reason of claim. The minimum required water pressure is 50-70psi. Most
likely the water pressure is over 50psi. Under no circumstance, let the MagicShowerhead hit on hard floor.
This can cause into malfunction and is not covered by the limited warranty.
Memowell warrants the MagicShowerhead against defects in material or workmanship as follows: Memowell
will repair at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product which proves
defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and
maintenance. If Memowell is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be timely
made, we elect to refund the purchase price via the original seller in exchange for the return of the product.
This warranty does not cover, and we will not pay for:
1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from (1) improper installation, improper maintenance,
misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration, or (2) the use of abrasive or caustic cleaning agents
or "no-rinse" cleaning products, or the use of the product in any manner contrary to the product
instructions
2. Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for
installation or reinstallation of the product
3. Accessories or related products not manufactured by Memowell
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. Memowell will advise you of the procedure to follow in making
warranty claims. Simply write to Memowell using the address below. Explain the defect and include the original
proof of purchase which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase
and the product type, your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you
shipping prepaid.
Exclusions and Limitations
Repair or Replacement (or, in limited circumstances, refund of the purchase price via the seller) as provided
under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Memowell neither assumes nor authorizes any
person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the MagicShowerhead.
Memowell shall not be liable to purchaser or any other person for any incidental special or consequential
damages, arising out of the breach of this warranty or any implied warranty (including merchantability).
