Preventative Maintenance
Area Inspection Frequency Procedure/Normal Condition
Drive Wheels Daily
Inspect wheels and tires for wear and cracks.
Keep pneumatic tires inflated to 20-25 psi.
Fasteners Daily Tighten any loose hardware.
Battery Charging Daily
Red, amber or green charging light should turn on
when charging.
Casters Daily Inspect for wear; clean dirt and debris.
Transaxle Daily
Transaxle should be kept free and clear of debris.
When stored, the transaxle lever should be kept
in powered mode with the power OFF to keep unit
from rolling freely.
