1. Align hole of stair climber (hole marked "x" with hole in wheel bracket marked "y".)
2. Insert one 5/16"-18 hex head bolt through the back of wheel bracket and through stair climber. Secure with one
5/16"-18 lock nut (C). NOTE: Finger tighten nut for now.
3. Push stair climber towards hand truck frame until the open end of the stair climber fits over the side channel.
4. From the outside of the frame insert one Phillips head barrel screw (D) through the side of the stair climber to the side
channel. NOTE: Use light blows with hammer to pierce barrel screws through the personalization stripe. Secure
with one flat washer (E) and one 10-24 x 5/16" long screw (F).
5. Tighten bolts and screws used to fasten stair climber securely [120-140 in.-lbs. torque for 5/16"-18 bolts (B), 15-20
in.-lbs. torque for 10-24 screws (F)].
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the other side.
The following assembly sequence is recommended:
NOTE: When adding stair climbers to an assembled truck it may be necessary to remove wheels.
