MAGNAVOX w arrant s this product against defect in
material or workmanship, subject to any conditions set for th
as follows:
PROOF OF PURCHASE: Yo u m u s t h a v e p r o o f o f t h e d a t e
of purchas e to receive re p air on the product. A sales receipt
or other document showing t he produc t and the date that
you purchased the product as well as the aut horized re t ailer
included, is considered such proof.
COVER AGE:
(If product is determined to be defective)
L ABOR : For a period of ninet y (90 ) days from the date of
purchase, Magnavox will repair or replace the product, at its
option, at no charge , or p ay the labor charges t o any Magnavox
authorized re pair facility. Af t er the period of ninety (90 ) days,
Magnavox will no longer be responsible for charge s incurred.
PA RT S : For a period of one (1) year from date of purchase ,
Magnavox will supply, at no charge , new or re built replacment
par ts in exchange for defective parts. Magnavox authorized
servicecenterswillprovideremovalandinstallationofthe
par ts under the specified labor w arranty.
DIS PL AY: For a period of One (1) year from the d ate of
purchase, Magnavox will supply, at no charge , a new or re built
active display device in exchange for the defective display.
Magnavox aut horized ser vice centers will provide re moval and
installation of the par ts under the specified labor warr anty.
(PTV screen s carry a thirty (30) day replacement warranty.)
EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE
Yo u r w a r r a n t y d o e s n o t c o v e r :
• Labor charge s for inst allati on or setup of the product ,
adjust-ment of customer controls on the product , and
inst all atio n or repair of ante nna syst ems outside of t he
product .
• Product repair and/or par t replacement b ecause of
improper inst allation, connections to improper voltage
supply, abuse , neglec t , misuse, accident, unauthorized repair
or other cause not wi thi n the control of Magnavox.
• A produc t that requires modific ation or adaptation to enable
it to oper ate in any countr y other than the country for w hich
it was designed, manufactured , approved and/or authorized,
or repair of product s damaged by these mo difi catio ns.
• D am age occurring to product during shipping when
improperly p ackaged or costs associated with packaging.
• Product lost in shipment and no signature verification of
receipt can be provided.
• A produc t used for commercial or institutional purposes
(including b ut not limited to rent al purposes).
