WARNING Concerning Stationary Images on the TV
Screen:
Do not; leave stationary or le_erbox images on screen
for extended periods of time. This can cause uneven
plcture-tube aging.
Normal use of die TV shoald involve die showing of pictures
that contain constantly moving and changing images fllat fill die
screen. Be careful not m leave nomarwing images on scregit for
extended periods of time, or m display t/re same images on
screen too _exluenfl N because subtle ghost images can be left
on the picture tubes. Sources of stationtu3, images may be DVD
disks, laser disks, video gaines, CD-i disks, videotapes, digital
television kx_xes,broedcast chgimels, cable chgimels, satellite,
chgimels, and other. Here are some examples of stationary

PLACEMENT OF THE TV
To avoid cabinet warping, cabinet color chgitges, gird

t.emparatures can become excessively hot; for example, in
direct surflight or near a heating appliance.

CLEANING

Occasionally vacuum the ventilation holes or slots in the back
cover of the seL
Never use thimters, insecticide sprays, or other chemicals on
or near the cabinet, as they might cause permanent marring
of fire cabinet finish.
