Manual microphonerecording
1 Makesurethat the CDR(W)is absolutelyfree of scratches
anddustparticles.
2 Set MICLEVELto the minimumlevelto preventacoustic
feedback(e.g,a loudhowlingsound)beforeyouconnectthe
microphone.
3 Connecta microphoneto MIC.
4 PressrepeatedlyAUXto selectthe inputfor the external
sourceyouwish to mixthe microphonewith.
5 PressRECTYPEonthe setto enter intothe recordingmenu.
6 RotatePl JOGCONTROLId to selectthe recordtype:
-t_ RUx ,"IZx ,"II[: the microphoneis mixedto the
externalsource.
-t_ ,"IZ£ ONLL4:onlythe microphoneis recorded.
7 PressYESto confirmyourselection.
/RZT is displayed.
-_ ££E_£_ 7. F_UXandthe remainingrecordingtime of
the CDR(W)aredisplayed.
8 Setthe optimalrecordinglevelonthe CDrecorder(see
"RECLEVELkey").
In additionyou canalsoset the optimalrecodinglevelof
