allowsyoutogivenamestotodiscsandtracks.Discand
tracknameswillbedisplayedduringplayback,Allnameswill
bestoredinthememoryandcanbecalledupandchangedat
anytime.
Amaximumof60charactersperitemcanbestored,

ALBUMARTIS_for editingthe CDartist.
ALBUMTITLE"for editingthe CDtitle,
ARTISTTR(ack):for editingthe artist oftrack1,2, 3, etc,
tiTLETR(ack):for editingthe title of track1, 2, 3,etc.

3 PressTEXT/storeto enterinto the text edit menu.

6 PressYESto confirmthe selection.
7 RotateI_ JOGCONTROL_4(pressthe alphabetkeysonthe
remotecontrol)to selecta character.
8 PressYESto confirmthe selection.
-3,Thecursormovesto the nextcharacterspace.
9 Repeatsteps7 and8 for addingfurthercharacters.
10PressTEXT/storeto savethe charactersthat havebeen
selectedandto exit to the last positionin the text editing
menu,

Storingtext duringrecording
Youcanstoreandedit text evenwhile recordinga single
track orsingleCD,orwhen recordingfromanexternalsource.
Editingtext duringfinalizingis not possible.Makesure,when
usinghighspeedrecordingandautomaticfinalizing,to enter
the text beforefinalizingstarts,otherwiseautomaticfinalizing
will becancelled.

Autocopiedtext
When anartistsnamehasbeenstoredfor a track,it will be
copiedautomaticallyinto thenexttrack.
• Presseither:
TEXT/storeto confirmthe copiedtext.
or
NOto deletethe copiedtext andto entera new one.
Insertinga space
1 Press<-qor_,. to moveto the positionwherethe spaceis
to be inserted.
-_ Thepositionstartsblinking.
2 PressYESto confirmthe positionof the insertcharacter.
-_ A spacewill beinserted,text will moveto the right.
• Youcan alsousethe SPACEbuttononthe remotecontrolto
inserta space.
Deletingand substitutinga character
I Press<4 or_,- to moveto the characterspositionto be
deletedor substituted.
-_ Thecharacterstartsblinking.
Ifyou want todelete the character:
2 PressNO.
-_ Thecharacteris deletedandthe text is shiftedone
positionto the left.
Ifyou want tosubstitutethe character:
2 RotateI_ JOGCONTROL_d(pressthe alphabetkeysonthe
remotecontrol)to selecta new character.
