Still Picture/Frame-by-Frame Playback

To pause a DVD or Video CD picture, press PAUSE 8 on the
remote control during playback.

Press PAUSE 8 repeatedly to advance the still picture one frame at
a time.

Press PLAY 2 to resume regular playback.

Press DISPLAY during playback. Current information will appear on
the TV screen as in the DVD example below.

Press o or p to select an item you want to change, then press 2.

Press the number buttons, or o or p to select a setting or to set the
item as you prefer, then press OK.

Press DISPLAY to remove the information.

• If you pause a picture for more than 5 minutes,
the screen saver will appear (if it is on). Details
are on page 40.
• The following will be available depending on the
type of Disc in the Player.

Audio Current audio channel/Language
Subtitle Current subtitle language
Angle Current angle/Total angles available
TT Time Total Disc time
CH Time Total Chapter time
Repeat Chapter/Title/All repeat or Off
Time Disp. Display either the elapsed or
remaining playing time of a Title or
Chapters in the disc.
Bitrate The amount of Audio and Video
data being transferred.
