Time Zone 5
When using the AUTO CLOCK
function, you can specify a time
zone in which a local PBS channel is
located. That way, the VCR will
update the clock according to your
time zone.

Find your time zone, then press the
Number button to select it. You will
return to the previous menu. The
time zone you selected will appear
beneath SET TIME ZONE.

If you need to set the clock, press
the Number 1 button for Automatic
Clock Setting or press the Number 3
button for Manual Clock Setting.

If you select AUTO at step 4, the VCR will
automatically search for a PBS station.
When you set up the TV GUIDE Plus+ sys-
tem, the clock will set itself automatically.
In this case, you cannot select SET CLOCK
at the main menu display. If you try to
select SET CLOCK, TV GUIDE PLUS
FUNCTION will flash on-screen for five
seconds. Press the STATUS/EXIT button to
exit.
