Resetting Your Computer
You may reset your computer by pressing and holding the “Power” button for
approximately 10 seconds.
Note that a loud speaker pop may occur when the in-dash
computer is reset or subsequently reboots. This pop will not
damage your in-dash computer or vehicle speakers.

Q: Why won’t my system turn on?
A: Make sure that your key is in the ignition and turned to the Accessory
or On position.
Q: Why won’t my Tool Link™ application work?
A: Make sure your vehicle is equipped with the optional Tool Link™
equipment. If the necessary equipment is installed, refer to the Tool Link™
manual included with your owner kit.
Q: Can I watch TV or play DVDs with this system?
A: The current version does not support TV, DVDs or Flash animations /
videos.
Q: Can I plug in a video-audio RCA cable?
A: The current version does not support A/V RCA connections.
Q: Why can’t I access the Internet?

Q: Why doesn’t my song title display on the screen?
A: The current software version does not display song data for CDs if not
contained in the audio file.
Q: Why isn’t my navigation system routing properly?
A: Be sure your vehicle has a clear view of the sky and the GPS signal is
strong. The system may not work properly in a city environment, as tall
