UtiliMate, LLC Limited Warranty
For a period of one year from the date of purchase, if the Magnetic Door Barrier a product of UtiliMate, LLC
proves defective in materials and workmanship during normal use by the purchaser of this product, UtiliMate,
LLC will arrange for replacement.
To receive replacement, either return the defective product to the outlet where purchased or call UtiliMate LLC
Customer Service at 1-858-776-5188 to arrange for the product return. UtiliMate, LLC reserves the right to
request proof of purchase in conjunction with any such return.
This warranty does not cover product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions,
improper operation or misuse and excludes shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to
nondurable components. UTILIMATE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
