Step 6 å Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (5G) to the SHELF BRACE (M). Step 7 å Fasten the ENDS (A and B) to the TOP (J), SHELF (L), and SHELF BRACE (M). Tighten twelve HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the ENDS (A and B). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of the ENDS (A and B).
Step 8 å å å å Carefully lay your unit onto its front edges. Maximum 210 degrees Insert two METAL PINS (1R) into the LOWER BRACE (N). Fasten the LOWER BRACE (N) to the ENDS (A and B). Step 9 å å Lay the BACK (X) over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (X) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. å Caution Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (X). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the UPRIGHTS (D).

Step 11 å Fasten the SLATS (J2) to the UPPER FRONT PANEL (G2) and BACK PANEL (I2). Use twelve SILVER 1-1/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (10S). å Fasten the BOTTOM SUPPORTS (B2) to the HEADBOARD (E) and FOOTBOARD (F). Step 22 å Using your hammer, gently tap twelve SUPPORT PINS (4R) into the center holes in the DRAWER FRONTS (S and T) and DRAWER BACKS (D476). T S D476 D476 4R Page 26 413852 (12 used) www.sauder.
Step 23 å Pull the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS (8G) apart and slide them into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D44 and D45). You may need to gently tap them in with a hammer. å å NOTE: The DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS are marked "RH" and "LH" for easy identification. å NOTE: The RIGHT DRAWER FRONT has a locator hole. This DRAWER FRONT will always be positioned on the right side of the Storage Bed. å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (B19) into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (D44 and D45) and RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (T).
Step 24 å Fasten the DRAWER BRACE (M67) to the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (T). Tighten one HIDDEN CAM. å Fasten the DRAWER BACK (D476) to the DRAWER SIDES (D44 and D45) and DRAWER BRACE (M67). Use five BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). å Maximum 210 degrees Arrow Minimum 190 degrees Repeat this step for the other drawer. Hidden part using recycled material. Color may vary. M67 T Start each screw a few turns before completely tightening any of them.
Step 25 å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) and DRAWER LEFT (35GD) to the DRAWER SIDES (D44 and D45). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S). å Slide a DRAWER DIVIDER (D453) into the SUPPORT PINS on the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (T) and DRAWER BACK (D476). å Repeat this step for the other drawer. Step 26 å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down slightly and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. å To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen the SCREWS in the DRAWER FRONT BRACKETS, make needed adjustments, and tighten the SCREWS. å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the remaining METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the UPRIGHTS (D).

ÉTAPE 1 ÉTAPE 6 Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans cette étape. Fixer quatre CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) à l'ENTRETOISE DE TABLETTE (M). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont à fleur du chant de l’ENTRETOISE DE TABLETTE.
ÉTAPE 10 ÉTAPE 15 À l'aide d'un marteau, enfoncer dix PATINS (12E) dans les chants du MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C2), de la TÊTE DE LIT (E), du PIED DE LIT (F), PANNEAU AVANT INFÉRIEUR (H2) et du PANNEAU ARRIÈRE (I). Fixer le PIED DE LIT (F) aux PANNEAUX AVANT (G2 et H2) et au PANNEAU ARRIÈRE (I2). Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. REMARQUE : S’assurer de bien insérer la GOUPILLE EN MÉTAL du PIED DE LIT dans le trou du PANNEAU AVANT INFÉRIEUR.
ÉTAPE 20 ÉTAPE 24 Fixer les CONSOLES (1G) aux SUPPORTS INFÉRIEURS (B2), MONTANT INFÉRIEUR (C2) et aux PANNEAUX (G2, H2 et I2). Utiliser douze VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Fixer l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR (M67) au DEVANT DE TIROIR DROIT (T). Serrer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE. ÉTAPE 21 Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE TIROIR (D476) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D44 et D45) et à l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR (M67). Utiliser cinq VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S). Répéter cette étape pour l'autre tiroir.
