Attach the Arms (5A & 5B) to the bottom of the Seat

Cushion (6) by using 6 Bolts with Flat Washers (A1) in the

arm holes with the Allen Key (B).

* Note: Align the arms so the FRONT on the arms matches

the FRONT label on the bottom of the seat cushion. Tighten

the screws completely.

Align Seat Plate (4) over pre-drilled holes on the underside

of the Seat Cushion (6) with front of seat plate facing the

front of the seat cushion. Attach the Seat Plate (4) to Seat

Cushion (6) using 4 Bolts (A2) as shown. Tighten all the

bolts with the enclosed Allen Key (B).
