Assembly Instructions

Step 2

Insert Metal Legs (1) into the Base (2) and secure by 5 Bolts (A1). Tighten all the

bolts. Then attach the Base Cover (3) to the Base (2) as shown.

Warning: Fully hand-tighten all 5 bolts at each leg/hub connection. Be careful

not to overtighten or strip bolts. Do not use power tools. If you experience a

problem with the leg attachment or are unable to fully tighten any of the bolts,

stop. Do not use the base. Contact Customer Service for assistance. All bolts

should be checked and re-tightened every 90 days.

Attach Armrests (7A & 7B) to the assembled Seat Cushion (8) using 4 Bolts (A3),

securing the lower two holes on the bottom of Armrests (7A & 7B) to each side. Do

not tighten bolts fully until you have completed assembly.

Step 6

Attach the Back Cushion (9) to the Armrests (7A & 7B) by securing 2 Bolts (A3) to

the lower holes of the Back Cushion (9) with Allen Key (C) as shown. Do not tighten

bolts fully.
