KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 1 Insert cam bolts (1) into the rack left and right panels (N&O). Insert cam locks (2) into the rack shelf (Q). Attach the rack left and right panels (N&O) to the rack metal tube (P) and the rack shelf (Q) and secure by rotating cam locks (2) 1/2-turn clockwise using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included).
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 2 Attach the assembled rack to right side panel (C) with hex socket head bolts (14). Use Allen key (5) to tighten the bolts.
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 3 Insert wood dowels (6) into the bottom panel (D). Attach right side panel (C) to bottom panel (D) with hex socket head bolts (4). Use Allen key (5) to tighten bolts.
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 4 Insert wood dowels (6) into bottom panel (D). Attach back middle rail (H) to bottom panel (D). Slide back panels (E) into the grooves of back middle rail (H), right side panel (C) and bottom panel (D). Insert wood dowels (6) into back middle rail (H) and into the end of back upper rail (F). Attach back upper rail (F) to back middle rail (H). Secure back upper rail (F) to right side panel (C) with hex socket head bolts (4).
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 5 Insert metal tube (M) into tube supports (L). Insert wood dowels (6) into tube supports (L) and attach to left side panel (B) with hex socket head bolts (14). Use Allen key (5) to tighten the bolts.
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 6 Insert wood dowels (6) into back upper rail (F), front upper rail (G) and bottom panel (D). Attach left side panel (B) to the assembled unit with hex socket head bolts (4). Use Allen key (5) to tighten the bolts. Install casters (V) and locking casters (W) to bottom panel (D), left side panel (B) and right side panel (C) with round head screws (12) using a Phillips head screw driver (not included).
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 7 Attach handle (7) to right door (K) with round head bolts (8). Attach plate (9) to right door (K) with flat head screw (10). Repeat this step for the left door (J). Attach drawer stopper (11) to front upper rail (G) with round head screw (15). Install doors (J&K) by pushing down on the door pins and inserting them into the holes on front upper rail (G) and bottom panel (D).
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 8 Insert cam bolts (1) into the top panel (A). Insert cam locks (2) into the left side panel (B) and right side panel (C). Fasten top panel (A) to the assembled unit by rotating cam locks (2) 1/2-turn clockwise.
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 9 Attach drawer sides (S) to drawer front (R) with flat head screws (3). Slide drawer bottom (U) into the grooves of the drawer sides (S) and drawer front (R). Attach drawer back (T) to drawer sides (S) with flat head screws (3). Make sure that drawer bottom (U) fits into the groove of the drawer back (T). Attach handle (7) to drawer front (R) with round head bolts (8). Use a Phillips head screw driver (not included) to install screws (3) and bolts (8).
KITCHEN CART WM6545N / WM6545W STEP 10 Insert shelf supports (13) into right side panel (C) and left side panel (B). Place adjustable shelf (I) onto the shelf supports (13). Insert the drawer.
