comes clear that you really need to relax properly. The program

then automatically changes to the already known relaxation

light. The brightness of the LED furthest to the right changes to

a slower rate. If you already know that you need to relax, you

can also start the relaxation light directly by holding down the

left button and performing a reset. The optimal speed can be

set again with the two buttons. If you want to continue with the

reaction test, just press the reset button again.
