EN EN Material and Cutting Speeds • The cutting conditions can be dependent upon requirements for tool life and surface finish and further restricted by the rigidity of the tool and work piece, lubrication and machine power available. • The harder the material the lower the cutting speed. Some materials of low hardness contain abrasive constituents leading to rapid cutting edge wear at high speeds.

EN EN Starting the Cut • To stop the motor, • To Power Up the Machine, press and release the red button Fig. 5 press & release green button. • To Energise the Magnet, press and release • If the cutter jams in the workpiece, stop the motor and gently raise the cutter out of the workpiece before re-starting. • If the power is interrupted during the cut, the machine must be reset before the motor will restart. • At the end of the cut, the slug will be ejected.

NL NL MONTAGE VAN DE VEILIGHEIDS SPANENKAP HET PLAATSEN VAN DE KOELMIDDELFLES SPANENKAP INSTRUCTIES De koelmiddelfles wordt in een verende beugel aan de bovenkant van de boorstandaard geplaatst. Plaats de beugel door het verwijderen van één van de inbusbouten van de bovenplaat en monteer de inbusbout door de bevestigingslip van de fles beugel met enige speling, genoeg om radiale beweging van de beugel mogelijk te maken.

De gele LED gaat branden (fig. 6). CONTROLEER OPNIEUW of de uitwerpstift nog steeds in het midden staat van het te boren gat. Zodra de magneet namelijk wordt bekrachtigd is het mogelijk dat de machine iets uit het midden verschuift. Zonodig opnieuw centreren.
