ofthecrank.Attachthecranktothepinswiththesmall

and large rounds facing up.

5. Adjustthebladesandbaseplatesothatthehole

in the base plate and the two protrusions on the blades

are lined up.

6. Turntheshearbladesupsidedownandinstall

themsothatthepinsonthetooltintheholeonthe

baseplate.Makesurethattheshearbladesarexed

securely in place.

7. Placetheundercoversothat on the under-

cover is aligned with

on the lock lever.

While pressing the undercover, turn the undercover clockwise

until on the undercover is aligned with on the lock lever.

9. Makesurethatthelocklevertsinthegrooveon

the undercover.
