To reduce the risk of disconnection of hedge trimmer cord from the extension cord during operating: - Don’t Force Hedge Trimmer It will do the job better and with less likelihood of a risk of injury at the rate for which it was designed. Don’t Overreach Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Stay Alert Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate hedge trimmer when you are tired.
Operation /1\I @ ( @ Refer to the Important Safety Instructions before operation. - Hold the front handle ((314) with one hand, depressing the front grip safety (C/5). Graspthe rear handle(C/6)with the other handand start the trimmer with the rear grip safety (Ch'). Caution: The trimmer will start immediately! Note: The hedge trimmer will start only when both grip safeties (C/5 and C n ) are depressed. To switch off: Releaseone or bothgrip safeties. The trimmer will stop immediately.
Tips on trimming hedges The procedure described here can be used very often and makes working easier. If a hedge has to be cut back very substantially, it should be trimmed in two passes. - First cut the hedge to the desired height (fig. G). With practice, it is possible to remove cut material from the hedge with a swinging motion. To get a straight cut, stretch a string along the hedge at the desired height.

Para reducir el riesgo de desconexion del cable de cortasetos desde el cable de prolongacion durante el empleo: L - I Enganchar el cable de prolongacion ( N l ) en la descarga de traccidn (N2). No fuerce el cortasetos El equipo hara el trabajo mejor, y con menos probabilidad de correr riesgos de lesiones, a la potencia para la que ha sido diseiiado. Empleo Consulte las instrucciones importantes de seguridad antes de comenzar con el trabajo. ~ - ,:vy Sujetar el asidero de puente (C/4) con una mano; queda accionado el conmutador de seguridad del asidero de puente (C/5). Con la otra mano, asir el asidero trasero ((36) y poner en marcha con el conmutador de seguridad del asidero trasero (Ch’) el cortasetos.
Consejos para recortar setos Los procedimientos descritos a continuacion pueden aplicarse con frecuencia y facilitan el trabajo. Si se desea recortar considerablemente un seto, es recomendable hacerlo en dos pasos. Primer0 se corta la altura deseada (G) del seto. Con un poco de destreza, las piezas cortadas podran eliminarse del seto mediante el movimiento pendular. Para lograr un corte recto, se recomienda tensar un hilo a la altura del corte.
