1. Remove six 4x18 Tapping screws and M5x18
Hex socket head bolt, and then remove Grip R.
Note: When you want to remove Power supply cord unit (long) from Pipe complete, both the connector ends of
the power supply cord unit must be disconnected in advance. Therefore, do the following steps.
1. Disconnect the other connector of the power supply cord unit from the connector of Stator ass’y in
Motor housing complete.
2. Loosen Strain relief in Motor housing complete, and then remove the clamped Power supply cord unit.
3. Pull out the power supply cord unit toward Housing set side with care of the connector that is passed through
Pipe complete.
2. Remove Lock off lever together with
Torsion spring 9 by lifting them up.
3. Remove Switch lever together with
Torsion spring 10 by lifting them up.
Loosen M5x18 Hex socket head bolt, and then remove Spacer 24 and Hanger from Pipe complete.
4x18 Tapping screw (6 pcs.)
