Fix Band B as shown below.

Connect Cord and Lead wires without making slacks.
Max 3mm
Sec. A-A
Cut off unnecessary Band.
*The cut end must be Max 3mm.
Pull the Band until the gap with Cord and Pipe will be eliminated.
