Problem: The video capture hardware can’t be located.

Solution: If this occurs when the program is started, the driver didn’t install

properly. Re-install the driver.

Problem: The remote control doesn’t work.

Solution: Check that the batteries were installed correctly and don’t need

replacing.

Solution: Conﬁrm that the infrared receiver is facing the right direction and

isn’t too far away from the sender.
