PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE WHAT TO DO
Your remote control
does not work
The T2•R is not turned on or
its front is obstructed.
Ensure the front of the receiver is not
obstructed.
Batteries are weak in the
remote control.
Replace batteries in the remote control.
Your T2•R switches
off after 3 hours
The T2•R is set to go to
standby by default after 3
hours without interaction.
Turn ‘Auto Standby’ off or select a different
duration in: Settings System.
You can’t remember
your PIN
You’ve forgotten it or someone
has changed it.
Your PIN can be reset with the master PIN.
Please contact us.
You empty the trash
but available space
does not increase
Available space already
includes anything that is in

You programmed
your Manhattan
remote to control

volume seems low
You did not set the T2-R’s

internet to update
its software
It’s not possible to connect
your T2•R to an internet router
with an Ethernet cable
Software updates can be downloaded from
our website and installed using a USB stick.
When registering your T2•R you can choose
to be notified by email when updates are
released. Please contact us if you need help.
