unit
needs
service, please first contact

. Please
do
not
return
your
unit
to the factory

out
prior
authorization.

must
pay

ipping
charges if it is necessary to
ship
the

uct for service.

if the necessary
repairs
are
covered
under
warranty,
we
wi
ll
pay
the
re

urn
shipping
charges
to
any
dest

nation
wi
thin
Canada.
3.
Whenever
warranty
service is required,
you
must
present
the original
dated
sales receipt
or
other
proof of
date
of
p urchase.
Limitation
of
Implied
warranties
A
ll
implied
warra

ties,

ncluding
warranties
of
merchantability
and
fitness
for
a
particular
p urchase,
are
limited in duration to the length of this
warranty
.
Exclusion
of
damages
Mara
ntz liability for any defective
product
is limited to repair
or
rep
lacement of the
product
at
Maran
tz's option.
Maran
tz
shal
l
not
be liable for
damage
to
other
products
caused
by
any
defects
in
Marantz
products,
damages
based
upon
inconvenience
or
loss of
use
of
the
prod
uct,
or
any
other
damages, whether incidental, consequential,
or
otherwise.
Some
provinces
do
not
allow
limitations
on
how
l
ong
an
imp
li
ed
warranty
lasts
and/
or
does n
ot
allow the exclusion of
incidental
or
consequential damages, so the above limi tations
and
exclusions
may
not
app
ly to you.
This
warranty
gives
you
specific legal rights, b
