FLAC
FLAC steht für “Free Lossless Audio Codec” und ist ein verlustfreies
kostenloses Audio-Dateiformat. “Lossless” bedeutet, dass der Audioinhalt
ohne Verlust an Qualität komprimiert wird.
Die Bedingungen der FLAC-Lizenz gelten wie unten dargestellt.

IEEE 802.11b
Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Funk-LAN-Standard, der von der
Arbeitsgruppe 802, die LAN-Standards am IEEE (Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers, USA) entwickelt, erstellt wurde. Er verwendet das
Frequenzband 2,4 GHz, das frei ohne Radiofrequenzzulassung verwendet
werden kann (ISM-Band), und ermöglicht die Datenübertragung mit bis zu
11 Mbit/s.
•Der oben angegebene Wert ist der theoretisch mögliche Höchstwert
für den Funk-LAN-Standard, er gibt nicht die tatsächliche
Datenübertragungsrate an.
IEEE 802.11g
Hierbei handelt es sich um einen weiteren Funk-LAN-Standard, der von
der Arbeitsgruppe 802, die LAN-Standards am IEEE (Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineers, USA) entwickelt, erstellt wurde und mit IEEE
802.11b kompatibel ist. Er verwendet ebenfalls das Frequenzband 2,4
GHz, ermöglicht jedoch eine Kommunikation mit bis zu 54 Mbit/s.
•Der oben angegebene Wert ist der theoretisch mögliche Höchstwert
für den Funk-LAN-Standard, er gibt nicht die tatsächliche
Datenübertragungsrate an.
iTunes
iTunes ist der Name des von Apple Inc. bereitgestellten Multimedia-Players.
Er ermöglicht die Verwaltung und Wiedergabe von Multimediainhalten wie
Musik und Filmen. iTunes unterstützt die wichtigsten Dateiformate wie
AAC, WAV und MP3.
