For more than 50 years, the Marantz name has been synonymous
with top quality stereo. To continue and enhance that tradition,
eight new products join the highly acclaimed 6002s. All these
new products use Current Feedback technology, which provides
extremely fast and ultra-precise signal handling. The essential
partner for the Current Feedback circuitry is a power supply
that’s well-engineered, has low impedance, and can deliver
high-currents very fast – which is important, because if fast
changes in the music signal are not followed instantaneously
by the amp, then vital details are lost. That’s why a 50W amp
with fast power supply can sound more detailed and much
richer than an ordinary 100W amp. For a CD player the current
required is much lower, but it doesn’t mean the power supply
needs less attention. Only by doing everything right, you can
achieve sublime perfection.
