RDS STEREO TUNERINTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
DOCKING STATION FOR iPOD CD PLAYER
The ST6003 is an FM/MW Stereo analogue tuner with access to all major frequencies and has a high-sensitivity front
end to ensure drift-free reception. The RDS tuner lets you tune by frequency or program type, while the new full dot
matrix display clearly indicates the frequencies and radio data such as station name or radio text. It comes with 50
station presets and a sleep timer function. And, via the Marantz D-Bus you can remote control the ST6003 with any
Marantz amplifier remote or optional RC101. In total, the ST6003 combines high-quality audio components for the best
sound with functionality and ease of use.
The Marantz PM5003 integrated amplifier is the first in its class to offer Current Feedback architecture – a feature that
until now has been exclusive to the much more expensive models. This technology provides very fast and accurate
signal handling, which results in perfectly balanced stereo sound reproduction and a very open and precise music
image. The unit includes controls for tone and loudness, there is a Source Direct function, and also a headphone output.
The metal chassis and metal front panel provide a rigid base for high-quality performance. The Marantz system remote
can control the whole system of CD, tuner or DVD. The PM5003 opens the new range of Marantz integrated amplifiers
and offers music lovers high sound quality and flexibility.
You can connect the Marantz IS201 docking station for iPod to almost any of your audio systems. From a sophisticated
high-end separate AV System, to just a simple 2 channel amplifier and TV set. The IS201 (compatible with iPod nano up
to 2nd generation, iPod mini, iPod, iPod photo and iPod video up to 6th generation) even generates its own on-screen
display for easy navigation in the audio menu of the iPod via its remote handset. You can place the IS201 on your shelf
or mount it on a wall, the 1.5m long white cable between the docking station and the connecting block ensures an
excellent appearance, and enables you to enjoy your iPod like never before.
The CD5003 incorporates high-quality audio components, such as the well known CS4392 digital-to-analogue converter,
the Marantz-designed HDAM-SA2 and a reliable CD transport mechanism. The Audio EX(clusive) mode further excels
sound quality by switching off functions, such as digital output and pitch control, which are not in use. It plays CD-R
and CD-RW discs, MP3, WMA and displays text information such as artist name and track titles. The Auto Music Scan
(AMS) quickly finds the music on the disc and the Quick Replay function repeats favourite passages. The high grade
gold-plated analogue outputs guarantees the best connectivity. A well defined headphone output and supplied remote
control completes the picture of an excellent player.
