The SR8002 is a best-in-class THX-Select2 certified AV Receiver that combines colossal strength with ultra-subtle

sophistication. It delivers an incredible 125W / 8 ohms from each of its seven current-feedback amplifiers, and the

huge Toroidal Transformer ensures the instant current that is needed. In addition to all that power, it offers the lowest

impedance grounding at any point, due to a copper plated chassis. So, together with its highly sensitive signal handling,

it can faithfully recreate the finest details of a classic concert, as well as the massive sonic impact of the latest

blockbuster movie. And, as you’d expect, it’s quite handy with HD-Audio sources. In addition, it comes with two

independent zones for multi-room/multi source audio and video (1x up to component level), so you can enjoy spectacular

audio and video performance throughout your whole house.

The SR7002, 7x110W Current Feedback AV Receiver is THX Select2 certified, and is built to excel in both movie

soundtrack and music reproduction. It supports all multi-channel audio formats including Dolby True HD and DTS HD

Master Audio for an impressive, all-encompassing 360-degree surround sound. And to ensure you get all of that full-blown

experience, the Room Calibration by Audyssey MULT EQ automatically optimises the sound to your chosen room’s

unique interior. The M-DAX audio enhancer ensures compressed audio files such as MP3, AAC and WMA formats sound

as good as CD. Quite simply, the clarity and dynamic range makes the SR7002 an excellent AV Receiver, fully in line

with Marantz traditions.

AV guarantees at least 70% of stereo power in a multi-channel

setup – continuously. This is not common for AV Receivers,

but thanks to a specially engineered power supply and excellent

output stages, every detail will be faithfully reproduced, even in

extremely demanding scenes. HD-Audio is also incorporated,

either by the decoders or 7.1 PCM capability. On the video side,
