Heater
Hanging Bracket with Screws
r
This appliance MUST be earthed. Connect the ground, as indicated in the Electrical
Code.
The heater must be connected to its own independent electrical circuit. Install a fuse
box or s witch (“breaker") for exclusive use of t he heater. Based on the power and
setting of your unit please choose the wire gauge. The supply cable, main switch and
circuit protection (Leakage Circuit Breaker) must be sufficient for the amperage
required. Please check the table that follows.
When all connections are satisfactorily prepared install the heater cover. With the
insulated container off and flow modifier (optional) fully open, the faucet must be
opened fully to get maximum water flow at the exit. Is necessary to ensure that the
water tank is full before turning energy on, is an essential step to protect the heating
element.
The size of the switch and wire gauge must meet all local, state, provincial and national
electrical codes in your area
- these are just guidelines that apply to most installations.
