SAFETY WARNINGS • • • • • • • To prevent short circuits, this product should only be used inside and only in dry spaces. Do not expose the components to rain or moisture. 3. Transmitters: Wireless components like remotes. The signals of these components will be received by a controller with transceiver functionality (IRRF 7243, TM13 or console of a Marmitek Security System). The Transceiver will translate the signals into Marmitek X-10 signals on the power line. Addresses Up to a maximum of 256 different addresses can be preset. These are subdivided into a so-called HouseCode (A to P incl.) and a UnitCode (1 to 16 incl.).
ENGLISH signals simply by unplugging devices from the power line, and testing the differences in range for your Marmitek system. When e.g. your conclusion is that e.g. your computer monitor is attenuating the signal, you can use a FM10 Plug-in Filter between the power line and the monitor to eliminate the effects. Installation of your Mini Controller is simple. Take the following steps: 1. You can choose one of the 16-letter-codes through the house code screw wheel with the help of a small screw driver. Select the same letter code as the ones on your modules and remote control (goes for RF remote control and Philips Pronto). 2. Put the cable plug in a 230 VAC 50 Hz wall socket. 3. SET UP OF REMOTE CONTROL To operate X–10 modules you have to set up the Home Automation IR code on your X–10 remote control.

Note: Using Philips Pronto When ‘house code P’ is selected on the Mini Controller all commands of the Pronto will be changed into an X-10 signal on the electric net. The house code used is the same as the house code selected in the house code screen of the Pronto. When pressing the buttons of the Mini Controller ‘house code P’ will be used. 3.
My modules will not respond to my controller. Make sure that the HouseCode on all Modules and Controllers are set to the same HouseCode (A .. P). My modules will not react to my remote / sensor. When you use a remote or sensor, you should have at least one TM13 Transceiver or Marmitek Security Console installed in your house. These components will translate the radio signals to the Marmitek X-10 signal on the power line.

2. INSTALLIERUNG DES MINI CONTROLLERS Installieren Ihres Mini Controllers ist einfach. Bitte folgen Sie diese Schritte: 1. Mit Hilfe eines kleinen Schraubenziehers können Sie mit das Haus Code Stellrädchen einer der 16 Buchstabenkodierungen wählen. Meine Module reagieren nicht auf Fernbedienung oder Sensor. Bei Verwendung von Fernbedienungen oder Sensoren müssen Sie ein TM13 Transceivermodul oder die Zentrale eine Marmitek Alarmanlage benutzen. Diese setzen die Signale der Fernbedienungen oder Sensoren in das Marmitek X-10 Lichtnetzprotokoll um. Auch bei mehreren Fernbedienungen und Sensoren wird nur ein zentraler Empfänger benötigt. COMMENT FONCTIONNE LE SYSTÈME MARMITEK X-10? Le système Marmitek X-10 utilise le câblage électrique existant pour communiquer (en utilisant les signaux courants porteurs Marmitek X-10). Vous pouvez construire un système complet en utilisant 3 types différents de composants Marmitek X-10: 1. Modules: Ces composant reçoivent les signaux Marmitek X-10 et mettent en marche, arrêtent ou font varier la charge qui leur est connectée. 2.
2. Il est possible que les signaux Marmitek X-10 soit atténués par certains appareils électriques ou lampes qui sont connectés au secteur. FOIRE AUX QUESTIONS Pourquoi certains modules s'allument ou s'éteignent spontanément? Il est possible qu'un système Marmitek X-10 identique soit installé chez un de vos voisins et utilise le même "Code Maison". Pour résoudre ce problème, essayez de changer le "Code Maison" ou installez un filtre FD10sur l'entrée secteur. Mes modules ne fonctionnent pas avec mes contrôleurs. Vérifiez que les modules et les contrôleurs possèdent le même "Code Maison" (A … P).

Posso aumentare la portata del mio telecomando usando più di un Transceiver? Sì. È possibile utilizzare più di un Transceiver TM13 all’interno di un’abitazione, nel caso in cui i telecomandi non siano adeguati alle funzioni desiderate. I TM13 sono provvisti della cosiddetta “collision detection”, ideata per evitare che i segnali siano disturbati, quando entrambe le unità TM13 inviano nello stesso momento dei segnali, lungo la rete d’illuminazione.

Toch kunt u het soms treffen dat één apparaat in uw woning roet in het eten gooit. Mocht u merken dat signalen niet altijd goed doorkomen dan kunt u zo’n apparaat relatief eenvoudig opsporen door de stekkers van verdachte apparatuur uit het stopcontact te halen en opnieuw te testen. Merkt u dat uw bereik probleem verholpen wordt door b.v.

3. Met elke Marmitek X-10 IRRF afstandsbediening. In dit geval werkt de Mini Controller als Transceiver. Zie hoofdstuk 3 en 3.3. 2. INSTALLATIE MINI CONTROLLER Installatie van uw Mini Controller is eenvoudig. Doorloop de volgende stappen: 1. Met behulp van een kleine schroevendraaier kunt via het HuisCode schroefwieltje, één van de 16 lettercodes kiezen (A..P). Kies de zelfde lettercode als u heeft ingesteld op uw modules en afstandsbediening (geldt voor RF afstandsbedieningen en de Philips Pronto). 2.
3.2 Bedienen met behulp van uw Infrarood (IR) afstandsbediening Om een lamp of apparaat IN/UIT te schakelen: 1. Richt de afstandsbediening op de voorzijde van de Mini Controller. 2. Druk op de mode toets van uw afstandbediening welke u heeft toegewezen aan Home Automation. 3. Geef het nummer van de module in via het numeriek toetsenbord (1-9). 4. Druk op Channel +/- om de op de module aangesloten apparaten in/uit te schakelen. N.B.
Om alle lampen in te schakelen: 1. Richt de afstandsbediening op de voorzijde van de Mini Controller. 2. Druk op de mode toets van uw afstandbediening welke u heeft toegewezen aan Home Automation. 3. Druk op de POWER toets van de afstandsbediening. Om alle modules uit te schakelen: 1. Richt de afstandsbediening op de voorzijde van de Mini Controller. 2. Druk op de mode toets van uw afstandbediening welke u heeft toegewezen aan Home Automation. 3. Druk op de MUTE toets van de afstandsbediening. 3.
4. VEEL GESTELDE VRAGEN Hoe komt het dat sommige Modules spontaan aan- of uitgaan? Het kan zijn dat het geïnstalleerde Marmitek X-10 Systeem beïnvloed wordt door een ander X-10 Systeem in de buurt. Aangezien de Marmitek X-10 signalen over het lichtnet worden verstuurd is het mogelijk dat de signalen het pand inkomen of verlaten. Dit probleem kan verholpen worden door het kiezen van een andere HuisCode (A .. P). Ook kunnen FD10 Fase Koppelfilters geplaatst worden om in- en uitgaande signalen te blokkeren.
